I've been trying to form coherent thoughts for my project management paper (how it works in an organisation of my choice, and I'm writing about DW). What I see most is how much is done *right*, here. (Sorry, elizabeth; I do want to take you up on the offer to talk about this, but over the weekend I was swimming around in a feeling of 'i know nothing about this' and just mainlining any reading related to it.)
