brigid - I found brigid's journal a few days ago, and have been eagerly awaiting Friday to recommend it. She has an ongoing writing project called "Secret Chicago", small pieces of urban folklore, inspired by 200 Phenomena in the City of Calgary, well-balanced on the disturbing/fascinating creepypasta line.

tree - tree writes and thinks and does these things particularly well. Any kind of description I can add to that feels somehow presumptuous, so I'll just urge you to look at her journal.
