I'm alive, really!

This is a placeholder kind of entry, just so I don't keep thinking of writing and then putting it off because I'll have to sum up several weeks. I'm doing fine, I'm a little tired, I've been playing a certain MMORPG quite obsessively (though I'm convinced I'll get tired of it any moment now). I've been actually missing some of my friends page and read page, so if you've written anything particularly personal or lengthy or fun or scandalous, let me know (comments or PM!). (Genuine request! If you're considering responding, go ahead. I like being kept in the loop and I like reading things; it will end well.)

I have bits and pieces of interesting news that can wait for me to have energy for a locked entry.
